Laughter

Laughter is a powerful antidote to stress, pain, and conflict. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. Humor lightens your burdens, inspires hopes, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused, and alert.



With so much power to heal and renew, the ability to laugh easily and frequently is a tremendous resource for surmounting problems, enhancing your relationships, and supporting both physical and emotional health.

Humor and playful communication strengthen our relationships by triggering positive feelings and fostering emotional connection. When we laugh with one another, a positive bond is created. This bond acts as a strong buffer against stress, disagreements, and disappointment.

Shared laughter is one of the most effective tools for keeping relationships fresh and exciting. Capture Your Moments !!




Assalamualaikum and hello to my fellow friends...since its been quite long that I didn't post any articles to all of you,,haha well then, right now I'm quite busy doing my coursework. Hey don't you think it's awesome which I had 3 courseworks to be done in this semester...what an awesome challenges!! OK back to our topic..hmmm 'capture your moment' CLICK !!

As we can see people nowadays like to capture every moment of their life and tell everybody about their routines and activities. Since now we have many types of media social which most of all poeple in the world have it such as Instagram, Twitter or Facebook. Just capture and post..don't forget to hashtag in order to gain likers..haha it's true !! But the main is did you apreciate all your moments in your life?

Every moment that come and pass by will never repeated as it just appear once in your life just like your age...it pass by years by years and you cannot return your age to a child since now you are a teenager or an adult. That's why you need to appreciate all your moments that happened in your life. Capture is not meant by clicking your camera but to keep it as a memorial event to remember. It includes many aspect which different in each way.



Some people thought that it means that you keep an album of photos as a collection of your memorial events so you can look at it back one day or tell a story of your experience to your grandchild. Some people wrote a diaries and keep it  to their next generation or it just a personal diary to keep alone and sometimes you're thinking of the past when you go to your bed before sleep and take a few seconds to browse back your moments and smile alone on your bed. I know some of you did it before..haha me too !!

In a different side of view, there are also a type of people  who think like a nature thinking which it is the least we can found. For me, this type of peoples have a unique thinking which not everyone can achieve...wow it looks interesting. I'm not a psychologist but this is my opinion from my observation since I almost has that type of thinking sometimes...they might think that a statement of 'capture your moment' is wider than I'd explained before which the moments includes all of their life from the beginning till the end of their life! Maybe it just not by keeping photos or diaries but they take it as a learning method in order to achieve a great life and memorable experiences all time forever. This can lead a people to be an ambitious person and have a wide thinking.




As a conclusion, for me a memorable moments to be captured is a story about my life which I pinned it as a memorial subject no matter it is inside my diary, my albums or anything else which one day I will dig it back to read as a story in my old age for me to keep remember and appreciate every side of it and a guide to my generations day after. Tears flow like a river when everyone try to browse back each of their moments includes me. The sweetest and the bittest moment will keep hovering in the mind at that time...
